Dave Thomas started off his career as a professional photographer before switching tack completely and spent the next thirty years in law enforcement as a Roads Policing Officer and then Detective in CID and Child Protection. Now retired he went into the world of podcasting and radio.

Daves love for radio started as a young child and helped him through an unhappy homelife. All that is in the past, but hislove of radio persisted. Dave loves music of any genre, in particular the 80’s and finds a beauty in the human voice. All that came together, when he produced his first podcast in December 2016.

Dave volunteers as a radio presenter for his local hospital station and finds this extremely rewarding. He lives in the north of England with his wife, and they share their home with their dog Alfie. He is a Lakeland Terrier and although he tries to behave himself, it doesn’t always work out that way.
